I didn’t realize that we had selected an entire ALL STAR team until the day of the event. I have never seen so many experts who were happy working with all the other professionals. I heard Scoobie remark about how happy he was to work with Skylar and then Phil told me about how he loved working with both Skylar and Scoobie.

You certainly did not disappoint on the Wedding Day. Wendy your energy and smile was contagious and felt by all who encountered you. I can’t say enough good things about Soundwave and DJ James! We interviewed several DJ’s and found them to be the most organized and professional. We were right!! They did an awesome job at our wedding. DJ James rocked the house!! We selected all the music we wanted but he also felt the crowd out and played music that had everyone up and dancing all night! Our guest keep telling us it is the best wedding they ever went to. I think it has a lot to do with the DJ! Thanks for everything Soundwave!!
We used Soundwave for our wedding reception and lighting and couldn’t be happier with DJ James. The homework that they have you completed really helps guide you through the event, and the timeline they put together helped us coordinate our vendors. DJ James did a great job of getting the night started and keeping it going all night long, everyone had a GREAT time. He even knew when what we ‘said’ we wanted to hear wouldn’t fit well with how the room was feeling, and made those decisions on the spot. Absolutely made the wedding, and so glad we picked them! We also used Soundwave for room uplighting, and their lighting system was AMAZING! The whole room looked bathed in candlelight, it was a beautiful event.

DJ Les did a wonderful job for our wedding. We wanted to incorporate our love for alternative/indie music into our wedding while still keeping all of our guests happy and Les did a fantastic job at doing this and still making everything flow together. I am so happy that we were paired with Les, he is not the typical cheesy wedding DJ, he was extremely professional as well as talented! Communication with Soundwave was super easy as well. Wendy was always responsive with email and super nice to talk to on the phone.
You all played a big part in making it special for everybody. The monogram looked beautiful and so did the lighting. Paul was in his zone and on task. He didn’t miss a beat. I used Soundwave Entertainment for my wedding and I am so happy I did! I had a mixed crowd of cultures so I requested a bilingual (English/Spanish) DJ. DJ Ray did a fantastic job during the whole reception and played all the songs I had requested. He did a great job and had everyone dancing. Wendy was also very professional, organized and friendly. Our wedding at Rosen’s Shingle Creek rocked thanks to Soundwave!! It was absolutely beautiful with regards to the lighting of the room and the cake, and the music was exactly what we wanted. DJ James kept the dance floor going all night! He was awesome, professional, and great to work with. Wendy was a pleasure to talk with and checked on us throughout the wedding planning. The timeline worksheet she presented to us to create our special day exactly as we wanted it helped not only us to understand the day of the wedding better, but also aided the photographer and the coordinator. Our guests had so many positive remarks during and after the wedding. We even came up with our own playlist for the cocktail hour and every song was played. We had a scheduled time for the garter toss, but, unfortunately I forgot to wear it. Yikes! But have no fear! DJ James came to the rescue and we switched a few things around, added a couple of more songs in, and once I received the garter, we continued with the garter toss. No one even noticed that I forgot it! Phew! He saved us! Thank you Soundwave for an unforgettable night! What a way to start out as husband and wife….Perfect!
Soundwave was amazing! They kept in contact with me consistently up until the wedding. They provided music for the ceremony and the reception, and all the guests kept telling me the music was great! DJ Paul and Wendy were SO nice. I never ran into any problems, and they were extremely helpful when our first dance song was a little tricky to find. I would definitely recommend them! I appreciated their hard work and they really added to making the evening perfect!
We wanted a professional DJ that was bilingual and that would do a good job not only with the music but also with the introductions and addressing our guests in both English and Spanish. DJ Ray was phenomenal. Not only was he a great DJ, he has an amazing personality while at the same time being very professional. He paid attention to all the details all night making sure to keep us informed of the major events (like the cake cutting, the tossing of the bouquet…) while at the same time reassuring us that everything was running perfect and smoothly. The music was excellent, we had people doing the train around the entire room and Ryan even danced the cha cha slide. It was a great experience and are very lucky to have had DJ Ray that night with us.
We just wanted to let you know how thankful we were for your dj and lighting services at our wedding. The room looked great and we, and all of our guests, had a great time dancing. We will definitely recommend you in the future. Thanks again!

Soundwave took all our requests and made sure they happened. I requested Green Day’s version of Shout ahead of time, and not only did they find it but, it is was so hard to find. They called twice before the wedding day to make sure we were absolutely happy with the outline and to go over the schedule. Everything went smoothly and the dance floor never stopped. Soundwave was awesome to work with, they made the whole process much easier for us. They provided our DJ services, including the ceremony and also provided our lighting. We opted for the wall lighting and loved the fact their lighting colored the walls pink! DJ Phil provided the DJ services and he did a great job! He was super nice and easy to work with. I liked the fact he played different genres of music we liked without us having to pick out every single song.

Soundwave was the top vendor for our wedding. Wendy and Les were extremely professional from the bridal show we met them at to our pre-wedding meeting and throughout the reception. We used their services for our lighting and DJ. Their uplighting made our venue stunning – totally brought our space to another level. Other things (as with most weddings) did not go as planned but Les went above and beyond to help calm our nerves and keep the party going. He was a phenomenal DJ who had a perfect pulse on the crowd and did whatever it took to keep the dance floor jam packed until the last song. Per our request, he started the night calm and ended the last hour and half with a club-type, dancing, party atmosphere. I cannot rave high enough about them. Everyone should use their services for their events. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

My husband and I are so happy we chose Soundwave Entertainment for our wedding! We had DJ James and he was wonderful. He was very attentive and helpful with our wedding timeline. We received many compliments on the music all through out our wedding day. DJ James did a great job at our reception. He played all of our selections/requests and had our guests dancing until it was time to leave! We would definitely recommend Soundwave Entertainment!
DJ Les and Wendy were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning of the planning, to the in person meeting to the wedding night Wendy was so helpful and assisted me with every aspect of the dj/lighting coordination. DJ Les did an outstanding job of getting everyone on the floor dancing. We had a very wide age group of guests and Les made sure he played something for everyone so all of our guests were happy. Les also played any requests he got which was great as well. We have received many compliments on the wedding and everyone keeps raving what a good time they had. The lighting also was truly beautiful, it just made everything pop so much more. We are beyond happy with how the night went. Thank you Les and Wendy for everything.

Soundwave did an outstanding job at our wedding. They provided DJ services for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They also provided uplighting, cake pin-spotting and dance floor lights. The room looked absolutely stunning. Wendy made the booking process a breeze. She was a huge help with explaining everything and offering tips and suggestions. DJ James was amazing to work with and we can’t recommend him enough to all the Bride and Grooms out there. James was very thorough when explaining how the evening would go and offered up advice on the questions we had regarding music choices and timing. He is amazing at what he does and had the party going all night long. We had a long reception but he was able to keep the dance floor packed all night. We had a few unusual requests pop up through the night from the guests and he accommodated everyone without a hiccup. Days after the wedding I kept hearing from everyone about how much fun they had and they couldn’t remember the last time they danced so much. It was the most amazing night and we can’t thank DJ James enough for all that he did!

The Soundwave team was amazing! Ask and you shall receive! I was nervous my entire day, but felt a bit more at ease after speaking with the team a few days before my event. They went through every step of our ceremony and reception from start to finish and that is exactly what happened the day of the wedding! Our DJ was able to gauge the crowd and play based on our guest demographic.
We were extremely pleased overall with everything from Soundwave. I would highly recommend meeting with the team to see if they would be great for your event. Very affordable to those on a limited budget too.

Wendy and DJ Phil are amazing. They were very professional and calm, which helped me to relax on the big day. I can’t say enough good things about Soundwave Entertainment. DJ Phil was able to get people up and out of their seats, which was really important to me because I love to dance. I knew it was going to be hard because most of my guests weren’t big on dancing. He really kept the party going and everyone had a great time! I would definitely recommend Soundwave to all brides! Thanks Wendy and DJ Phil for everything!!!
