Becca & Michael’s Omni Orlando wedding was a truly lavish and luxurious affair! The Omni Orlando Resort is located in ChampionsGate, a stunning master planned community in the heart of Central Florida just 10 minutes from Disney Springs. This exquisite resort ranks highly among even the most discerning couples – known for it’s stunning facilities, luxury accommodations and outstanding service.

In the International Ballroom, the Orlando couple exchanged vows under a magnificently designed chuppah. We provided White LED Uplighting to illuminate the chuppah as well as the bride and groom. The chuppah was draped in stunning sheer white fabric and outfitted with elaborate draping floral and ivy. Although the ceremony was held indoors, guests felt as though they had been whisked away to a lavish countryside wedding. Hundreds of colorful hydrangea and rose floral arrangements, designed by the esteemed Lee Forrest Design, filled and overflowed the ballroom. Bride Becca was an absolute vision in her sweetheart ivory gown as she walked down the aisle to “Beautiful in White” by Shane Filan.

The reception was every bit as luxurious as the ceremony. Soundwave provided extensive LED Lighting Design to help transform the ballroom into the couple’s exacting vision. Draping white curtains lined the the main focal wall.  We provided 30 LED Uplights in soft pink to gently accentuate the drape and the ballroom walls. Additionally, we projected Texture in Lights  in an ivy design on the main focal, similar to a wall paper effect in soft white, adding interest and sophistication to the reception space. LED Pinspotting on the newlywed table, centerpieces and cake drew guests attention to each of these magnificent elements. No design element was overlooked in this elaborate affair, from the towering & overflowing floral arrangements to the gold chivari chairs, and the elaborately designed cake.

Soundwave owner and DJ Les Kopasz introduced the parents and wedding party to “Can’t Hold Us” by Macklemore.  DJ Les then asked the 250 some guests to rise to their feet as he introduced the Orlando newlyweds.  The bride and groom were all smiles as they made their way across the room and onto the white wrapped dance floor.  As the couple stepped onto the floor, special spotlights provided by Soundwave illuminated Becca and Michael as they danced a choreographed routine to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” by Morten Harket.

Guests were treated to a an opulent evening complete with a delicious plated dinner, dancing, champagne toasts and a cake nearly too beautiful to eat. Guests flooded the dance floor all night as Soundwave DJ Les played a mixture of throwback songs, group dances, and modern day hits. The newlywed’s last dance song, “It Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube, closed out the evening on this luxurious Omni Orlando wedding.

Like many couples who were set to have a wedding in 2020, couple Jordan & Kyle Rozankowski opted to get married first and party later. They celebrated their marriage with friends and family during a beautiful ceremony and reception held at the exquisite Highland Manor in Apopka, Florida. One of Central Florida’s premiere event venues, Highland Manor boasts scenic vistas, mature oak trees and oozes with southern charm. Once a grand private home, the venue provides picture perfect locations for both indoor and outdoor events. Catering at Highland is provided exclusively by Dubsdread Catering, one of Orlando’s finest long-standing catering companies.

The couple exchanged vows under the majestic towering oak tree on the lawn. Escorted by her father, bride Jordan was beaming as she walked down the aisle to “A Thousand Years” by The Piano Guys. Surrounded by sixty of their closest friends and family, the couple publicly declared their love for one another in a heartfelt recommitment of their vows.

Cocktail hour followed in the pre-function area. A Disney vocalist mix played in the background as guests sipped and mingled. Shortly after, DJ Justin assembled guests in the ballroom for introductions. The ballroom was decorated with stunning gold chivari chairs and accents. We uplit the walls with a candle light color, which created a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. All eyes were on the Mr. and Mrs. as they shared their first dance to “Never Stop” by Safety Suit.

The couple put their knowledge of one another to the test as DJ Justin Coulter surprised them with a side-splitting round of “The Newlywed Game.” The evening was rounded out with a delicious buffet catered by Dubsdread Catering, as well as cake cutting, special mother/son and father/daughter dances and the garter and bouquet toss.

One of the highlights of the evening was a planned proposal by Jordan’s sister’s boyfriend. Just before the bouquet toss, Jordan instead turned and handed the bouquet to her sister. At just that moment the boyfriend proposed! “Better Together” by Jack Johnson played as the newly engaged couple shared a short dance together.

Mr. and Mrs. Rozankowski enjoyed their last dance with guests to “Time of My Life” from Dirty Dancing. As guests headed to the front porch, the couple savored a quiet moment alone as they danced to “I Don’t Want to Miss A Thing” by Aerosmith for their private last dance. Family and friends blew bubbles as they bid farewell to the couple, perfectly capping off this elegant Highland Manor wedding.

Located just outside of downtown Orlando, hundred year old oak trees and pristine golf course views create a stunning backdrop for weddings and events. The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom is oozing with old Florida charm and sophistication.

First, the couple exchanged vows in a traditional Jewish ceremony. Held under a towering oak tree in the Dubsdread Courtyard, the ceremony began as “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Elvis Presley played. A beautiful natural wood archway with overflowing floral drapery by Pixies and Petals created an inviting springtime vibe.

Meanwhile, inside the ballroom the scene was being set for a magnificent reception. Crisp white linens and stunning arrangements of sunflowers and brightly colored roses adorned the tables. We provided LED Wall Uplighting in light blue which warmed up the classic wood detailing of the historic ballroom.

The wedding party was introduced by Soundwave owner DJ Les Kopasz to “Accidentally in Love” by the Counting Crows. Newlyweds Mr. & Mrs. Warriner then shared their first dance to “Blessings” by Florida Georgia Line. The couple wanted to ensure that their guests all hit the dance floor and had a night of fun. Mariah and Truitt’s Bella Collina wedding felt like a step back in time to old world Tuscany. This stunning venue is located in beautiful Montverde, Florida, and makes guests feel as though they’ve been swept away on vacation to the picturesque Italian countryside. Bella Collina boasts rolling hills, sparkling lakes, and impressive Tuscan inspired architecture. It’s no wonder this venue is at the top of many couple’s lists.

Mariah and Truitt exchanged vows on the Grand Lawn, overlooking breathtaking waterfront views. Our guitarist Pete Lapre serenaded guests to a beautiful selection of “Cannon in D” for the processional and “Here Comes the Bride.” There’s always an extra special touch when live music is played during an event. Pete continued to entertain guests during cocktail hour with a collection of Disney songs, specially requested by the bride and groom.

Florida’s mild winters and minimal rain make it an excellent time of year to host an outdoor wedding. This couple took advantage of the opportunity to host an exquisite reception under the stars.  The Grand Lawn was reset with reception tables, a dance floor and breathtaking floral arrangements, all set under a magnificent chandelier and twinkling lights. DJ Ray Vales got the party started by introducing Mr. & Mrs. Renaud to “Jump” by Van Halen, followed by the newlywed’s sweet first dance to “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Haley Reinhart.

Guests enjoyed a delicious plated dinner catered by Bella Collina as DJ Ray played a custom curated mix of songs selected by the bride and groom. With music by Christina Perri and Taylor Swift, and Tom Petty to Fleetwood Mac – this couple thoughtfully selected a mix of classics and modern day hits. After dinner, guests flooded the dance floor and spent the evening dancing under the stars to a mix of classic rock, throwback 80s-90s, motown, country and top 40 selections.
