Soundwave DJ David Regueiro brings 15+ years of DJ expertise to the Soundwave Entertainment team. He is a skilled Beat Mix DJ who excels at smooth music transitions. He has an extensive music knowledge spanning Disco and Funk, 80-90s Throwbacks, Current Radio Pop & Hip Hop and Rap. Additionally, he is very comfortable with Merengue, Salsa, Bachata and Reggaeton due to his Cuban ancestry.

DJ David has a warm smile and is extremely charismatic. Brides and Grooms, and corporate clients, will find him to be attentive to details, flexible with small curve balls and changes on event day, comfortable on the microphone, and genuinely a down to earth guy. He has a unique ability to feel the crowd, and play the right song at the right time.

He is very flexible with his style, whether a client seeks a club feel with heavy mixing, a more relaxed style of blending songs, or something in between.

DJ David was very active on the Orlando club scene having previous spun at The Other Bar, Hooch and Shine. He has dee jayed at The Medieval Times, Orlando Eye, Guess and Victoria Secrets Retail Stores, Caddy Shacks and Mesa ’21.

He has also provided DJ entertainment and emceeing for the Children’s Miracle Network and Howard Johnson Charities.

DJ David is born and raised in the United States. English is his primary language, although he does speak some Spanish.

David was previously a dog trainer; so if you need a few tips with your fur baby, feel free to ask him! He is always willing to give a few dog training tips here and there! He loves to travel and has visited some amazing destinations across the globe. He possesses strong family values and takes pride in all his personal endeavors.
