It was a tropical wedding for Erin and Kyle at Paradise Cove Orlando. Held in November, the celebration brought together 60 of their closest family and friends on a picture-perfect fall evening. The warm breeze off the water, paired with the soft glow of the setting sun, created the ideal backdrop for their special day.
Soundwave Owner DJ Les Kopasz was music host and emcee for the evening. He had the honor of guiding everyone through this unforgettable celebration. From the moment guests arrived, there was a palpable sense of love and excitement in the air.
Cocktail Hour Fun
From the ceremony, guests were guided by DJ Les to the tiki area for the cocktail hour. Appetizers and spirits were enjoyed by all. A surprise visit by Alpacas provided a great picture opportunity for guests. Additionally, the Soundwave photo booth at the VW Bus was a big hit.
Lighting Transformed the Venue
Lighting played a key role in creating a stunning warm and inviting ambiance. The dining area was lit in a warm candle light glow for the meal. The palms trees surrounding the tiki bar were lit in a soft purple. As the night progressed and the energy shifted, the lighting took on a “party mode,” changing colors to the beat of the music creating a festive vibe throughout the tropical venue.
Special Effects Surprised Guests
One of the most enchanting moments of the night was Erin and Kyle’s first dance. Soundwave provided Dancing on a Cloud for them, which added an ethereal, fairytale-like ambiance as they swayed together.
Later, when the time came for Erin and Kyle’s grand exit, we turned up the magic once again with four dazzling Spark Fountains. As the couple walked hand in hand through the sparkling display, surrounded by cheers and applause, it was the perfect send-off to a perfect day.
It was a night filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories cherished by everyone who attended Erin and Kyle’s tropical wedding celebration.
