An Orlando power couple married in January 2026 at the stunning Bella Collina and Soundwave Entertainment was honored to be part of the celebration. Justin and Makaila said “I do” at the luxurious country club, just outside Orlando in Montverde. Known for its breathtaking Italian-inspired architecture and sweeping views, the venue set the stage for a wedding that was equal parts elegant, heartfelt, and unforgettable.
Justin and Makaila are well-known locally as the hosts and producers of the television show Best of Central Florida with Justin Clark & Makaila Nichols, a program dedicated to highlighting standout local businesses, restaurants, attractions, and the hidden gems that make the region special. Fittingly, their own celebration brought together 170 family members and friends to experience a night full of incredible moments.
When Mother Nature Changes the Plan
While the original ceremony was planned outdoors, Mother Nature had other ideas. The ceremony was seamlessly moved under cover to Bella Collina’s stunning atrium. The couple exchanged vows surrounded by timeless architecture. The change created an intimate and romantic setting that felt just as magical as the original vision.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the clubhouse while the ballroom was prepared for the evening celebration.
A Ballroom Transformation
The reception ballroom was lavishly transformed with full room draping, creating a soft and elegant environment for dinner and dancing.
Soundwave Entertainment was honored to provide DJ Services, extensive Lighting Design, and Special Effects for the evening.
Soundwave DJ Ray served as both DJ and MC, carefully curating the music throughout the night to guide guests from an elegant celebration to a high-energy dance party. Meanwhile, Soundwave manager Dylan Kopasz oversaw the lighting design, which featured:

Through careful planning, all the lighting design was computerized which began with a sophisticated ambiance for dinner and formal dances, then transitioned into a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere as the dance floor opened.
A First Dance That Sparked the Night
Justin and Makaila shared their first dance surrounded by Soundwave Spark Fountains, illuminating the dance floor and creating a breathtaking moment for the couple and their guests. The elegant effects elevated the moment and set the tone for an unforgettable evening of celebration.
A Heartfelt Family Moment
One of the most touching highlights of the evening came during a special family dance. The groom, his daughter, and Makaila—now proudly stepping into her role as “bonus mom”—shared a meaningful dance together that brought smiles and a few happy tears throughout the room.
Turning Up the Energy
As the evening progressed, the celebration shifted into full party mode. The dance floor stayed packed as DJ Ray mixed high-energy tracks and perfectly timed moments throughout the night.
One of the biggest crowd moments came when the bride and groom grabbed Soundwave’s CO2 blaster and fired up the dance floor, instantly igniting the energy in the ballroom and sending guests into celebration mode.
A Sparkling Send-Off
The night concluded outside at the valet area with a spark fountain grand exit, as friends and family gathered to cheer on the newlyweds one last time. The glowing fountains created the perfect finale to an incredible celebration.
