Jessica + Nicholas

This pop song wedding for Jessica and Nicholas was just as much fun as it was beautiful! A gorgeous summer day was the perfect backdrop for perfect pink dresses and dashing blue tuxedos. Throw in a donkey and we were sold!

A Ceremony Under the Oak

The ceremony took place in the shade of an oak tree at Highland Manor in Apopka, Florida. The theme was light and airy with the bridesmaids in perfect dusty pink dresses. As guests arrived, a selection of instrumental songs by the Soundwave Owner / DJ/MC Les Kopasz played. Then, an instrumental version of Marry You, by Wedding Music Experts triggered the start of the wedding party processional. I Get to Love You by Ruelle filled the air as the stunning Bride walked to her Groom.  To be sure everyone could hear, the officiant used our clip-on lavaliere microphone discreetly tucked on his clothingAfter the “I Do’s,” the newlyweds were pronounced Husband and Wife and departed the ceremony to The Rest of Our Lives by the Light Heat.

Poppin’ Cocktail Hour & Reception Introduction

In the pre-function area, guests enjoyed a 2000s pop instrumental over conversations and drinks. Afterward, guests moved into the softly lit ballroom with pink hues provided by Soundwave Entertainment. To provide the newlyweds and their guests with top-notch entertainment, we had our reception system, one wire, one wireless mic, and Dance Party Lights. DJ Les played Dear Future Husband by Meghan Trainor played while the new Mr. and Mrs. entered the ballroom.

A Lovely Celebration

After the introduction, it was time to begin the wedding traditions. Under a sparkling chandelier, the newlyweds danced their first dance to Blessed by Thomas Rhett.  A love pop selection adorned the background during their meal and You Are the Best Thing by Ray LaMontagne played while the couples cut into their cake. The Theme from a Summer Place by Percy Faith Orchestra, accompanied the father and Bride dance while What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong was the selection for the Groom and his mother.

Top Pop Song Hits & Farewells

After the wedding traditions were over, DJ Les opened the dance floor, and requests for popular songs like, Fancy Like, Pour Some Sugar on Me, and Sweet Home Alabama played. Then, DJ Les really got the party started with fun selections like Cupid Shuffle, The Electric Slide, and Wobble! As the newlyweds and guests danced the night away, it was time for Sweet Caroline with a sparkler farewell to end the night with their guests. As their last private dance between the newlyweds said, it was a wonderful night at this Highland Manor 2000s pop song mix wedding. Congratulations to the lovely newlyweds!
